PROJECT GREY STREAM

In the 1970's

During the height of the Cold War, the United States government started researching psychic abilities in response to rumors the Soviet Union had success with what they called psychoenergetics. There were various programs, Gondola Wish, Grill Flame, Center Lane, Sun Streak, which collectively became known as

Project Star Gate.

After twenty years, the program was closed, after “no significant statistical evidence of psychic ability” was documented.

At least, that is the official story.
